Gateway of Pacific Phase 3

Expanding on the dynamic momentum of its predecessors, Gateway of Pacific Phase 3 further elevates the biotechnology hub in South San Francisco with a bold 11-story core-and-shell life science research facility. Designed with flexibility and long-term tenant adaptability in mind, this tower continues to shape the southern edge of the campus along Gateway Boulevard, seamlessly integrating into the larger master plan while maintaining a strong architectural identity of its own.
