This phase establishes a sculptural, high-performance tower that integrates seamlessly into the campus’s people-centric master plan. The building’s design allows for open, adaptable lab and office space, tailored to evolving scientific research and workplace requirements. Enhanced landscaping along the perimeter ties into a central park and adjacent amenities, reinforcing wellness and connectivity.

- 9-level laboratory/office tower with 1 basement level, designed to look like two buildings
- LEED® Gold certification for sustainable design and occupant wellness
- Located adjacent to an 8-level parking structure with 2 levels below grade
- Expansive outdoor plaza and site infrastructure connecting to Phase 1
